Q: When will I receive my Vault?
A: Each Vault is prepared and shipped at the beginning of each month. If you’re newly subscribed, signing-up before the end of the prior month will get you into the next shipping queue.

Q: What’s in the box?
A: The selection of items are unique each month. Items for any given month might include emergency food kits, knives, backpacks, safety gear, flashlights, universal firearm accessories (Picatinny-compatible, etc.), holsters and more. Our team hand-picks a selection of items across a few different categories (such as: survival items, outdoors gear, hunting equipment, etc.) to help build up a well-rounded cache.

Q: When will I be billed?
A: Billing is monthly, from the date you originally subscribed. When you initially sign-up, you will be charged for your first Vault which will ship at the beginning of the next month.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Absolutely! There are no long-term commitments. Try us out and, if you’re not satisfied, simply cancel at any time. Keep in mind, as our Vaults ship at the start of each month, you may be charged for a Vault that has been shipped and already en route to your location. Q: Can I return my Vault? Parts of my Vault?
A: The contents of all our Vault orders are purchased in bulk and processed together. As such, all Vaults are final sale.

Q: Can I apply a Vortex Defense Gift Card towards my subscription?
A: Of course! If you have a Gift Card associated with your account, it will appear during Checkout so you can apply it to your purchase.

Q: What happens if an item arrives damaged?
A: Although these situations are extremely rare, things can happen in transit. Broken items will be replaced with comparable replacements within 15-days of receipt of your Vault. Replacement requests must be received within 15-days of receipt.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: The Vortex Vault program is only available for the 48-contiguous United States. This is not available for international fulfillment at this time.

Q: What carrier do you use to ship my Vortex Vault?
A: Depending on the box and location, we usually ship via USPS Priority/First Class mail or UPS SurePost.

All subscribers must be over 18 years old to participate. Photos and products featured are only generic representations as items for each Vault change monthly.
